"Great selection, but where are some titles??"
They’ve got a big selection of ebooks, which is great, but a few titles I was looking for just weren’t there?? Or they weren’t available in my country?? Kind of frustrating when you find something you want and then can’t actually get it.

"Payment and refund were totally hassle-free"
I paid with my card and the ebook showed up almost instantly, which was kind of ridiculously smooth. I did accidentally end up with a duplicate order once, but the refund came back in a few days without any hassle or back-and-forth. Happy with them so far.

I’ve found some really good prices on ebooks here, and I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. It’s been a nice way to grab new reads without spending too much!

"Works on my Kobo and phone, which I really like"
I’ve bought from ebooks.com a few times now, it’s been smooth. The books opened fine on my Kobo and also on my phone through the app, which is a big deal for me. I like being able to switch devices, I really do.
The format details are usually easy to see before you buy, so I haven’t had any surprises there. The only annoying part is the DRM setup, especially if you haven’t used Adobe Digital Editions in a while. I had to stop and think for a few minutes like, wait, how does this work again?

Overall, I’d say it’s good, not perfect, but good. I keep coming back because the books work where I need them to work, and I’m not locked into just one device. That matters, it really matters.

I’m tired of jumping through hoops with online services, so it was a relief that this was simple. I got my book right away and had no trouble opening or reading it.

"I had trouble opening an ebook I..."
I had trouble opening an ebook I bought and figured support would take forever, so I put it off for a bit. Kind of regret that now because they got back to me really fast with clear steps that actually worked. I had the book on my tablet in about 20 minutes. Really nice dealing with a support team that doesn’t make everything harder than it needs to be.
